It was a long day but I still had a lot of fun testing out some of the functions on the interior as well as the follow and lane departure features. We are loving our new Volkswagen Jetta. Absolutely love kat mart! Bill in service always has my back when it comes to keeping me informed as well as doing the footwork to track down the closest available parts. The techs did a fantastic job on my new injectors as well as an aftermarket glass radiator hose that they did a very professional job installing and wiring the LED lights just perfect. Then there’s one of their salesmen Alex. We were dropping off my vehicle for more service when we realized we were way early so we went looking around at the inventory. A young man named Alex came to greet us and see if there was anything we needed. After we replied just looking at the hellcat he informed us that it was quite a steal so we talked for a bit, left, then returned after Alex had informed us that we were approved for the car. They not only honored every aspect of our trade in but Alex went out of his way to make everything as low and realistic as possible. Not pitches, no pushing, only a young kid willing to teach you about the car to see if it’s something you will like. By far the easiest and most beneficial vehicle purchase I have and probably ever will make. The sales manager even went and made sure every little bolt had warranties. Karmart in Burlington not only is my exclusive service shop but if I ever need to buy a car I’m tracking down Alex because I’m confident he will take absolute care of me and get me the absolute best for my money. Thank you so much Alex and thank you Karmart! Also please don’t forget to talk to their Allstate agent! That guy saved us a buttload on insurance for two vehicles and renters!
