I had the best experience buying my Dodge Stratus from Jason at Nissan Auto Karmart in Burlington. Everybody there was super friendly and welcoming. They were all beyond helpful, I have the worst credit and never thought it would be possible I'd be able to get a car loan, but these guys made it happen!

This item really deserves an "add comment". I usually hate buying cars because I always feel like I am being scammed or treated like an idiot. The process always takes way too long and I leave exhausted - or just leave because I refuse to buy a car from the sales person that approached me. I have to say that Mark was wonderful. He was efficient, informed, honest and did not play any games with us. At one point we wanted to leave and get dinner to discuss and think - he just handed us a number and completely respected our decision to walk away. In a similar situation at a different dealership the sales person trapped us at a desk and would not give us any ballpark number for more than 2 hours - it was painful!! I had actually called the dealership to try and find a different sales person if I decided to go back. Mark was wonderful, no B.S. and we bought the car in large part because we felt that he was being straight with us and not pressuring for a sale. I would definitely come back to Mark if I needed another car.

It was great - not like any other car buying process I've ever gone through. I love my car - and I wasn't even looking for a VW originally. I was really in the market for an Elantra or a Civic but the VW sales person made a huge difference in my interest in sticking around the lot for a while. You guys do it right! And your cars are pretty nice too. :)

We bought a new 2012 Dodge truck from this dealership and worked directly with Gwen. This buying experience was the best we have ever had and over the years we have bought 7 vehicles (5 new and 2 used) from other dealerships. We had a horrible ( and I mean horrible) experience with two other dealers between Sunday and Tuesday looking for the same type of truck but I must say the other trucks were a step down from the one we ended up getting from Karmart.

We contacted Gwen on Wednesday morning around 9:00 am with all of our needs and wants for a new truck and by 8:00 pm that night, we had our deal done and everything was exactly as she had stated over the phone. The truck was as described with all and more of our required options, the deal on the truck was in writing, no games, no gimmicks no foul play. She had said in our initial phone conversation that they were a very transparent dealership and took care of their customers and apologized profusely for the experience we had previously with the other dealerships and explained they felt horrible since they do not operate that way. At the same time, she had not one bad thing to say about the other dealers which I thought was very professional since we already knew the dirty details of how the other dealerships operated. I am convinced that every word that she said about Karmart was completely true now that we have finished dealing with them.

We will be returning to Karmart for all of our service needs and of course if the occasion ever arises where we need another vehicle, we will go there. I will be spreading the word to all of our friends looking to purchase a vehicle and also told Gwen that I would sing her praises on every review site that was available to us since her customer service and Karmart went above and beyond the call of duty!

We are thrilled with our truck but also feel like we have made a new business friend that we will trust for our service and future buying needs. If you are looking for a dealership that does not play games, is open and honest about what they can and cannot do and that will treat you right from start to finish, be sure to go and see Gwen at Karmart!

The experience was very good and so is the service, which is why I will always recommend this dealership. I could have gone elsewhere to get a no interest loan as advertised on television; however, I would prefer to pay a little more and be with a dealership with the degree of integrity as this Karmart VW dealership. The other plus is their location where it is easy to get to and the closest location to where I have to disembark from the ferry from the island where I live.

The sales staff, especially Stewart and Mark were extremely accommodating and patient with my 93 year-old patient and friend who has to come with me and who had Alzeimer's. If my situation with my patient changes, I might even like to work there. I used to be in the real estate business and I like sales, but I will not sell anything that I do not personally believe in and I do not like to be pressured with quotas, because I believe that customers can detect that and also it is not in the best interest of the customer.

To all wanting to purchase a vehicle from KarMart,

Just wanted to express my thanks in regards to a recent purchase, I had located a car on the Internet that seemed perfect for me, the problem I encountered was it was a 8 hour drive to inspect the car and I just didn't have time to make the drive as I was heading out to Reno the next day, after several calls to Scott Rohnbach I jokingly made the comment I just don't have time to drive the distance why don't you meet me half way? Scott said where should we meet? that same day Scott drove 4 hours in each direction, Scott had described the car in detail perfectly, we completed the transaction and continued our separate ways. Thanks so much Scott for a job well done! Thank goodness customer support is still alive.
